As a GLBC Premier Maintenance Service Member, your work will be moved to our first scheduling priority. Every reasonable effort will be made to meet your preferred completion date, subject to availability. Membership entitles you to complimentary phone consultation. All repair and maintenance work will be performed at GLBC’s high standards and to your 100% satisfaction (industry standard) by our trained and skilled maintenance specialists.

Services covered under this agreement that need to be performed on holidays, weekends or outside normal business hours will be subject to billing at the premium rates applicable (1.5x for regular overtime, 2x for Sundays and holidays.)
